Orihuela City Council, in collaboration with the Orihuela Merchants Association (ACMO), has once again highlighted the culinary richness of the city through the “III Rice and Crust Contest”. This initiative aims to revalue the traditional Orihuela Rice and Crust and promote gastronomic tourism in the region.
