CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE ACMO GIFT CARDS/EXPERIENCE PURCHASES (ORIHUELA ON TOUR). RETURN POLICY AND REFUND.
1. The ACMO Gift Card can be redeemed at the following merchants
to ACMO. To give as a gift or to consume on your own.
2.Experience purchase is the purchase of activities (related to
tourism, leisure, gastronomy… of the Municipality of Orihuela) that can be
experimenting instead of giving something material as a gift.
3.The issuer of the ACMO Gift Card/experience purchase (Orihuela
On tour) is the ASSOCIATION OF TRADERS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ORIHUELA

The Card is available in the following formats:
a) Physical card, on sale at the headquarters C/Mayor de Ramón y Cajal, 9,
03300 Orihuela, Alicante
b) Virtual card, available for sale at https://acmo.net/shop/.
5.The Card allows you to purchase any item on sale in stores.

6.The Card can be paid for by any of the following payment methods
supported by our Banco Sabadell payment gateway.
7.The Card can be used as many times as desired until the
total amount for which it has been issued.
8.The available balance on the Card at any given time is the difference between the
balance available at the time immediately prior to making an
purchase and the corresponding amount used for the payment of such purchase. Yes
the purchase exceeds the available balance on the Card, the difference may be paid by any form of payment accepted at ACMO merchants.
The available balance on the Card can be consulted at the following merchants
associated with ACMO.
10. The balance on the Card may not be refunded or redeemed for cash.
11. Unused Card will not be accepted for return. The
card has no expiration date.
12. The Card is a bearer document. Responsibility for the use and
custody of the Card is the sole responsibility of the Cardholder. It is not
replace the Card in the event of theft, loss, misplacement or damage.
13. In the case of purchase of Orihuela On Tour experiences, the full amount will be refunded in case of cancellation provided that the cancellation is exercised two days before the scheduled date of the event/experience.
The amount paid for the experience will be reimbursed in the same manner in
